Translational Research and Professional Leadership Centre (TPLC) is a lead centre nurturing young minds in the field of higher technical education. A flagship programme under the Directorate of Technical Education, the centre conducts M.Tech in Translational Engineering which aims to bring a synergistic relationship between technology and society in a humanistic and seamless manner. We live in an age of exploitation of our natural resources due to industrialisation, over-consumption of energy and urbanisation. Many societal problems like solid waste management, power cuts and flooding have manifested on account our thirst for materialistic pursuits. TPLC is a response to such a future, from an engineering & technology perspective.
